The three spheres represent sephiroth from the Tree of Life, painted in the traditional Queen Scale colours of the Golden Dawn. The spheres, reading clockwise from the lower left, are Hod, Geburah and Chesed. The star is positioned where Netzack would ordinarily be located. Beyond these observations, the symbolism of the painting is obscure.
